Terms of service

1. The Service

Sentio provides decision-support software for retail futures traders, including structural pattern analysis of publicly available market data, a discipline-rules layer, and a trade journal. The Service does not execute trades, does not connect to your brokerage for order placement, and does not provide personalised investment advice. 2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with any other person; each seat is per-individual (see the Desk plan for multi-seat use).
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service beyond what is explicitly published.
• Use the Service to build a competing product, or resell its output as a paid signal service without our written consent.
• Scrape, mass-download, or programmatically extract data from the Service outside of documented API endpoints on eligible plans.
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure.
• Circumvent authentication, rate limits, or usage caps.

4. Subscriptions, billing, refunds

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in USD. Prices are as published on the pricing page.
• You may cancel at any time from the billing page. The subscription runs to the end of the current billing period, then stops.
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the first paid charge — email support@sentiotrader.com.
• Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. You will receive at least 14 days' notice of any price increase.
• Failed payments will pause paid features until the balance is resolved. After 14 days of failed payment, the account may be downgraded to the Starter plan.

5. Intellectual property

The Service — including all software, models, documentation, and design — is owned by Sentio and its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service in accordance with these terms. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Content you create in Sentio (custom models, discipline rules, journal entries) belongs to you. You grant us a licence to process that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss. No pattern, setup, backtest, or output shown by the Service is a guarantee of any specific trading result. Historical replay performance is simulated and may materially differ from real-market execution.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading capital, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling from the billing page and requesting deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities) will survive.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
