Do you send trade signals? +
No. Sentio is decision-support, not advisory. It surfaces structural pattern matches against models you author or select — you decide what to do with them. We do not place orders, size positions, or tell you when to enter or exit. See the disclosures page for the CFTC Rule 4.14(a)(9) publisher-exemption detail.
How is real-time data free? What is the catch? +
The Trader and Desk plans consume your existing broker connection — the same live feed you already pay for as a market participant. Sentio itself never receives or redistributes exchange data, so we owe zero exchange fees and pass zero data cost to you. If you already trade futures with a funded account, you already have the entitlement. That is the whole model.
Which brokers work with Sentio? +
At launch we support the major prop-firm broker gateways used by retail futures traders — connect once with your existing credentials and Sentio consumes the same read-only market data feed you already pay for. Additional Rithmic and dxFeed connectors ship for Desk in the following quarter. We never place orders through the broker; the connection is read-only for market data.
Does Sentio work with prop firms? +
Yes — that is the majority of who uses it. Any funded account or evaluation running on a supported broker connection works out of the box. Sentio reads the feed you already have entitlement to; the firm never sees Sentio on the account because we do not place orders.
What if my broker disconnects mid-session? +
Sentio detects the drop, pauses the scanner, and shows a reconnect banner. When your broker session comes back, Sentio backfills the missed bars from its cached historical buffer and resumes evaluation without gaps.
What is the difference between the free feed and real-time? +
Starter uses a 15-minute delayed public feed — enough to learn the tool, replay setups, and validate a custom model against history. Real-time (sub-second) evaluation requires the Trader plan and your own broker connection. The models, discipline layer, and replay engine are identical on both tiers.
When does the equity module land? +
The equity module is bundled into the Desk tier at launch. It runs the same structural models — Forever, Unicorn, Sweep Failure, IFVG, 50-of-50 — on individual stocks, using your broker's existing equity data entitlement. Shared discipline rules apply across both markets and P&L rolls up into one daily figure.
Can I run one model across multiple timeframes? +
Yes, on Trader and Desk. Each model exposes an "enabled timeframes" checklist (1m / 2m / 5m / 15m depending on what the model supports). The scanner emits a candidate per active timeframe, and the home screen shows a confluence badge when the same setup aligns on two or more frames at once.
Is there a free trial for Trader? +
Yes — 14 days, no card required upfront. If you do not upgrade before day 15, your account drops back to Starter (delayed feed, 3 model drafts) and nothing bills.
Do you offer refunds? +
Within 7 days of the first paid charge, no questions asked — email support and it is refunded. After that, monthly plans stop from the next billing period.
Can I cancel any time? +
Yes. Cancel from the billing page in one click. The subscription runs to the end of the current period, then stops — no reactivation traps, no downgrade friction.
What happens to my custom models if I downgrade? +
Nothing is deleted. Your drafts stay in your account. Starter limits you to 3 active drafts, so if you have more you pick which 3 stay live — the rest are archived and reactivate the moment you upgrade.
