No. Sentio is decision-support, not advisory. It surfaces pattern matches against models you author or select — you decide what to do with them. What is the simulated market on Starter? ＋
A generated ES and NQ price series that behaves like a real session, so the models form, fire and resolve in front of you. It is not real market data, and nothing measured on it says anything about a model's edge. It runs faster than real time so you see setups within minutes. Connect your own market-data account at any time and Starter runs on live data instead.
Why does live data need my own data account? ＋
CME owns the ES and NQ price feed and licenses it to each trader, not to each app, so live data has to arrive through your own login. Sentio does not resell exchange data. Your data provider bills you for that access directly, and Sentio takes none of it.
Which brokers work with Sentio? ＋
Live data connects through your own market-data account. We are adding firms and platforms now — tell us yours from the connect screen. The connection is read-only for market data — Sentio never places an order through it.
Does Sentio work with prop firms? ＋
Yes — that is most of who uses it. Funded and evaluation accounts work the same as personal ones. Sentio only reads prices, so the firm never sees it on the account.
What if my data connection drops mid-session? ＋
Sentio shows the feed as reconnecting, and when it comes back it reloads the chart history so the scanner picks up where it left off.
When does the equity module land? ＋
With the Desk plan, which is not open yet. It runs the same structural models on individual stocks, with shared discipline rules and one daily P&L across both markets.
Can I run one model across multiple timeframes? ＋
Yes, on every plan. Each model has an enabled-timeframes checklist, and the scanner evaluates every timeframe you tick.
Is there a free trial for Trader? ＋
Starter is free for as long as you like, on the simulated market or on live data through your own market-data account, so you can learn the product before paying. Trader bills monthly from the day you upgrade and can be cancelled any time.
Do you offer refunds? ＋
No. Cancel any time in Settings and your plan stops at the end of the period you have paid for; charges already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Can I cancel any time? ＋
Yes. Cancel from Settings in one click. The subscription runs to the end of the current period, then stops — no reactivation traps.
What happens to my models if I downgrade? ＋
Nothing is deleted. Your models, journal and history stay in your account, and you keep the Starter limits — two custom models, no Stop Algo or market intel — until you upgrade again.
